Professional responsibility
Vantage CAD Services provides drafting, modelling, visualisation and estimation production support. We are not a licensed design professional of record. We do not practise architecture, engineering, surveying or land planning, and we do not stamp, seal or certify any deliverable.
Every deliverable we produce is prepared under the direction of the Client and is subject to review, verification and approval by the Client's licensed professional of record, who retains sole responsibility for design intent, code compliance, constructability, coordination with field conditions, and life-safety determinations. No deliverable should be issued for construction, permitting, fabrication or tender until that review is complete.
Estimation and quantity takeoffs
Takeoffs, quantity schedules and estimation support are derived solely from the documents supplied to us and reflect the completeness and accuracy of those documents. They are informational input to the Client's own pricing process. They are not bids, tenders, guarantees of cost, or representations that scope is complete. Market pricing, labour rates, waste factors, escalation and risk allowances remain the Client's responsibility.
Renderings and visualisations
3D renderings, animations and walkthroughs are illustrative representations of design intent. Materials, finishes, lighting, landscaping, furnishings, context and vegetation are indicative and may differ from as-built conditions. Renderings are not construction documents, are not to scale, and must not be relied on for dimensional, quantity or specification purposes.
