Six documented stages
From NDA to Accepted Handover.
Each stage establishes the information, responsibility and review needed before the next begins.

NDA and scoping
An NDA is executed—yours or ours—before any file is transferred. A short scoping call with the lead assigned to your project then covers the deliverable, applicable standards, software, programme and your internal review process.

Standards adoption
We collect your template, title block, layer conventions, family and block libraries, sheet naming and annotation styles. Where no documented standard exists, we derive one from completed projects and submit it for your approval. Production does not begin until this is agreed.

Written proposal
Scope, exclusions, deliverables schedule, file formats, milestones, delivery dates, price and the name of the assigned lead are confirmed in writing. Exclusions are stated as explicitly as inclusions.

Pilot deliverable
On every new engagement we produce one sheet, one model area or one detail—and stop. You review it against your standards, we correct it, and full production begins only after that review.

Production with checkpoints
Work proceeds with agreed checkpoints at which the live model or drawing set is made available for review. Clients may elect to work within their own environment and monitor progress directly.

Quality gate and handover
Every deliverable passes a documented internal check before release. You receive native files, PDFs and a QA report recording any item flagged. In-scope revisions continue until sign-off.
